If you're looking for a one or two day excursion, Lamont is the place to visit. Take the opportunity to visit the Mohyla, located just north of town. Constructed in 1991, the Mohyla marks the centenary of Ukrainian settlement in Canada. Be sure to view the murals in the Lamont Health Care Centre, the north wall of the high school, and gracing the north and east walls of the arena.
